Susan Black is a former graphic designer, creative director & product designer working for over 20 years in the gift/home decor industry.
She has combined this experience with her love of nature, colour and pattern into a unique, bold, botanical based design style.

She has degrees in both Fine Art & Graphic Design from the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design and has managed to happily keep a foot in each of those disciplines.
Susan lives in the historic seaside town of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada where she shares her 150+ year old home with a dog, three cats and one charming Prince.
A lover of flowers, colour and pattern, Susan’s inspiration is almost always found in nature. She has many passions and curiosities including a love of all animals, gardening, reading, beach combing, cooking & making things.
