TEXINTEL LIVE INTERVIEW - Innovative Interiors and Tactile Printed Surface Effects for Interior Decoration with Canon Technologies

Debbie McKeegan interviews Matthew Faulkner of Canon about the innovative use of their Arizona and Colorado printers to refurbish a florist store in Oslo, Norway.

The project, a collaboration between Fiori and PS Press, involved transforming the store with printed surfaces, including wallpaper, mirrors, and a champagne cork ceiling - plus wrapping paper, and branding. All printed using Canon technology: UV gel for roll-to-roll printing and UV flatbed applications. The Fiori / Canon project utilised state-of-the-art technology to enhance the store's ambience and create a unique brand identity and demonstrated the durability and adaptability of printed materials, aligning with sustainability trends.
