Debbie McKeegan interviews Matthew Faulkner of Canon about the innovative use of their Arizona and Colorado printers to refurbish a florist store in Oslo, Norway.
The project, a collaboration between Fiori and PS Press, involved transforming the store with printed surfaces, including wallpaper, mirrors, and a champagne cork ceiling - plus wrapping paper, and branding. All printed using Canon technology: UV gel for roll-to-roll printing and UV flatbed applications. The Fiori / Canon project utilised state-of-the-art technology to enhance the store's ambience and create a unique brand identity and demonstrated the durability and adaptability of printed materials, aligning with sustainability trends.
