This pivotal role, based at the company’s London Head Office, is designed to serve as the creative engine for the brand's menswear collection, ensuring the retailer remains at the forefront of the evolving fashion landscape.

As the retail sector faces rapid transformation, John Lewis & Partners is prioritising the infusion of fresh perspectives and trend-forward concepts into its design studios.

The incoming Print Designer will be tasked with developing original prints and graphics across the full spectrum of menswear, ranging from sharp formalwear and nightwear to technical swimwear and underwear.

This cross-category approach is essential for maintaining a cohesive visual narrative that aligns with the brand’s established high taste level and premium positioning.

The salary range for the position is confirmed between £33,000 and £51,700, dependent on skill and experience.

John Lewis & Partners continues to seek talent that acts as a 'culture add,' bringing vibrant energy to the collaborative studio environment while championing a continuous improvement mindset.

By investing in high-calibre creative talent, the retailer reinforces its strategy to deliver unique, high-quality product assortments that stand the test of time, countering the industry trend of disposable fast fashion.
