The newly created position will support the Senior Designer across the Hobbs Occasionwear department, playing a key role in shaping the brand's future collections.

The Assistant Designer will be involved in every stage of the design process, from initial concept through to supplier handover. Candidates for the role are expected to bring experience as a studio assistant across all aspects of the design process, along with strong drawing skills and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD.

A sharp awareness of emerging trends, confident communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively will also be essential to success in this position.
