Leeds, UK – Asda is currently seeking an experienced and visionary Home Textiles Designer to join its dedicated team at Asda House on a full-time, fixed-term contract.

 This pivotal role involves creating and developing trend-led, commercial product ranges that meet the evolving requirements of the modern consumer, all whilst upholding the company's strong commitment to ethical and sustainable retail practices.

The successful candidate will take full accountability for the design critical path of the home textiles department.

This includes ensuring the timely delivery of samples and overseeing the entire product development process from the initial concept through to the final manufactured product.

In an industry where sustainable and ethical production is increasingly critical, this role demands a leader who can navigate complex supply chains and drive meaningful change without compromising on aesthetic appeal or commercial viability.

By aligning with seasonal trends and the fundamental brand DNA, the designer will champion the product vision, inspiring category team members and wider design peers whilst building robust external relationships with supply partners.

Applicants must possess extensive design experience within a comparable business and demonstrate strong technical proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite.
