Kingston-on-Thames, UK – October 2026 – Crew Clothing Company, the British heritage brand behind Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman, and Pringle of Scotland, has announced it is recruiting a Junior Digital Designer to join its growing Creative team.

The move reflects the company's ongoing expansion across its retail, wholesale, and digital channels.

Founded in Salcombe in 1993, Crew Clothing Company has grown into a group of four distinct British brands, with more than 135 stores and a thriving online presence.

As the business continues its fast-paced expansion, it is investing in talented individuals who can help shape the next chapter of its brand identity.

The Junior Digital Designer will report into the Digital Lead and work closely with the wider digital design, ecommerce, and marketing teams.

The role will play a key part in developing the online brand identity for Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman, and Pringle of Scotland, creating seasonal designs that align with each brand's creative direction.

Responsibilities will span a wide range of creative output, from supporting business-as-usual updates such as email marketing and website content, to producing engaging assets for organic and paid social media, display, and affiliate channels.

The successful candidate will also prepare print-ready files for point-of-sale materials, seasonal books, and window displays, while acting as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and global markets.

Candidates will need proven experience in a similar design role, ideally within retail, alongside a graduate degree in design and a strong portfolio demonstrating digital creativity.

Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, with knowledge of Figma, After Effects, and Trello considered highly beneficial.

The role demands close attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
