[JOBS] TEXTILE PRINT DESIGNER : NEXT SOURCING

Leicester, England – July 2026  – Next Sourcing, the global supply chain arm of FTSE-100 retail giant NEXT, has announced the opening of a new Menswear Print Designer role at its Leicester-based international design hub.

The position represents a significant opportunity for a commercially-minded creative to help shape the future direction of one of the UK's most iconic fashion retailers.

The role sits at the intersection of high-fashion textile innovation and commercial viability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing original surface patterns, all-over prints (AOPs), and textile directions across menswear categories including shirts, jersey, swim, and loungewear — all while staying closely attuned to global trend movements.

The position offers a genuinely global remit.

Beyond day-to-day design responsibilities, the role includes seasonal travel to key international cities for trend research, as well as visits to fabric mills and printers to oversee print execution and base-cloth development.

The designer will collaborate closely with Menswear Garment Designers, Buyers, and Sourcing Specialists across Next Sourcing's worldwide network of offices, spanning cities from Istanbul to Shanghai.

Candidates are expected to bring expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a thorough understanding of print production techniques — including rotary, digital, screen print, and sublimation processes — and a proven background in commercial menswear print design at scale.

A portfolio demonstrating commercial viability alongside creative ambition is required; applications submitted without one will not be considered.

Next Sourcing has confirmed that it is able to provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates who meet the UK Home Office's Skilled Worker requirements.

The company encourages early applications, as the recruitment process will commence immediately and the role may close ahead of schedule.
