Leeds, UK – July 2026  – Asda, one of the UK's leading supermarket retailers, has announced the opening of a part-time Print Designer position based at George House.

The fixed-term role, which closes on 23 July 2026, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion print professional to shape the creative direction of the George clothing brand.

The position, offered at 22.5 hours per week, calls for a commercially minded designer capable of leading print collections from concept through to final artwork.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching seasonal trends, producing mood boards, developing technical artwork packs, and managing multiple projects against critical path timelines.

Beyond day-to-day design responsibilities, the role carries a leadership dimension.

The incoming designer will be expected to mentor junior team members, present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders, and champion a customer-first approach at every stage of the design process.

Asda is also looking for someone who can actively drive innovation by identifying emerging print techniques and market opportunities.

Candidates will need proven experience in fashion print design, a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — including an understanding of AI applications — and the confidence to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers alike.
