Leicester, England – August 2026  – Vogue Sourcing, a fast-paced and dynamic global fashion supplier, today announced an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially minded Prints/Graphics Designer to join its Leicester team. UK

The full-time, hybrid role invites a creative designer ready to take greater ownership of their product area and shape original, trend-led concepts for the company's customers.

With offices around the world, Vogue Sourcing continues to expand its design capability in response to shifting consumer demand and an ever-evolving fashion landscape.

This new position reflects the company's commitment to developing original, commercially relevant print and graphic work that keeps its customers ahead of emerging trends.

The successful candidate will research and identify emerging print, graphic, colour and wider fashion trends, translating them into commercially viable concepts.

Working closely with the senior graphic designer and print team, they will independently develop original print and graphic concepts, embroideries, embellishments and seasonal themes, while producing accurate artwork specifications and tech packs for factories.

The role carries genuine ownership. From initial concept through to final production, the designer will safeguard the original creative vision, liaising with factories and overseas offices to review strike-offs, lab dips and samples.

Managing key dates and critical path requirements, they will also build strong relationships with buyers and customers, developing a clear understanding of each customer's handwriting, product strategy and commercial requirements.

Vogue Sourcing is seeking a candidate with a degree in Printed Textiles, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Applicants should have at least two years' experience in the industry, ideally within a supplier, retailer or relevant fashion environment, alongside strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

A strong creative eye, sound understanding of print techniques and production requirements, and the confidence to present ideas to customers and internal stakeholders are essential.
