Loughborough, England – September 2026 – Sanderson Design Group plc, the luxury interior design house behind six iconic heritage brands, has announced it is recruiting a Lead Digital Designer to join its Innovation & Digital Design Studio for a 12-month term.

The appointment reflects the company's ongoing investment in digital design capability as it continues to push the boundaries of wallpaper innovation and customer-led product development.

The Lead Digital Designer will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital design, wallpaper innovation, and customer projects.

Working closely with Senior Digital Designers and cross-functional teams across the business, the successful candidate will contribute to product development, customer relationship management, sample production, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while upholding the exacting standards and processes that define the Studio's work.

Beyond project delivery, the role carries a strong developmental focus.

The Lead Digital Designer will support the growth of Digital and Junior Designers through coaching, mentoring, and the sharing of best practice, helping to strengthen the Studio's overall capability.

This investment in talent development underlines Sanderson Design Group's commitment to nurturing the next generation of design talent, ensuring the Studio remains at the forefront of digital innovation within the interiors industry.

The role is based in Loughborough, England, and has already attracted significant interest, with 18 applicants within the first week of listing.
