Step into a role within our celebrated Design team as a Print Designer (12 month fixed term contract) where you will design print ensuring every product we sell strengthens our brand identity​ and purpose.

What we are looking for:

• A good understanding of textile design, print, merchandising, buying and technical functions ensuring we work together to deliver products 95% on time

• Has an excellent eye for colour.

• Playful handwriting with a broad variety of styles that lends their hand to Childrenswear.

• An independent creative thinker with the ability to provide clear direction for their area

• A strong influencer

• The ability to build high performing and motivated junior team that has energy, passion and a sense of fun

• Significant problem-solving ability, able to interpret the impact of shifting micro and macro trends to manage risk

• Good ability to analyse and interpret sales data and make recommendations to influence ranges

This role will be due to work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19, with flexible work from home options available in the future. Ideally the successful candidate would be required to attend Head Office in Market Harborough on occasion.
