The Role

The Graduate Print Designer will be responsible for supporting the creation and development of seasonal design ranges across women's, men's, and kids' wear. This role involves balancing creative and commercial needs to deliver against the Concept brief. Working across multiple products, the designer can expect varied and exciting projects supported by enthusiastic management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Supporting the creation and development of seasonal design ranges

• Balancing creative and commercial needs to deliver against Concept briefs

• Working on varied projects with full management support

• Assisting in creating a broad variety of styles that creatively respond to briefs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Illustrator with a Textile Design Degree or equivalent

• Confidence in managing varied and fast-paced workloads

• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships

Location & Commitment:

This full-time, fixed-term contract is based at the Market Harborough Head Office in Leicestershire, requiring presence in the office five days per week.
