[JOBS] ASSISTANT DESIGNER – NEXT NS LONDON

About the role:

• Produce creative designs that represent the very latest fashion trends in casual wovens and denim

• Plan and design new ranges, taking responsibility for everything from design concepts through to technical fabric and wash development and product selection.

• Develop ranges mid season, reacting quickly to any necessary changes.

About you:

• Highly creative with a real vision for designing Womenswear solo / casual wovens and denim product ranges

• Experienced in identifying and proposing potential new product opportunities

• Outstanding commercial awareness and comprehensive understanding of fashion and upcoming denim trends

• Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure challenging deadlines are met

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and technical understanding of denim ans solo.

• Qualified to degree or HND level in Fashion similar subject.

• Competent user of both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of working well with other Product teams and external suppliers to build productive relationships.
