Anna Glover Ltd is looking for a Production Manager to handle incoming orders, produce high end wallpapers and manage the small factory space in Warminster.

What do we do?

We are a multi-award winning design studio specialising in luxury wallcoverings. At the heart of the studio is a celebration of art, storytelling and innovation.

From bedrooms to private members clubs, the small team works closely with the world’s top interior designers to create beautiful, timeless spaces.

The wallpapers themselves are designed and hand painted by Anna and the specialist team in London.

They are scanned and printed in house, on the finest quality wall coverings using pioneering print technology at the factory in Wiltshire.

What We Are Looking For


● A smart, adaptive individual who is great at creative problem solving and thinking on their feet.
● Someone with a background in textiles and/or print, preferably digital print.
● Someone with experience working in a production, manufacturing or factory setting, as well as managing, producing & delivering orders.
● Experience in managing workflows and production schedules.
● Someone comfortable with shipping internationally with a good understanding of commercial invoices, pallet deliveries & freight shipping.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities


● Producing high end luxury wallcoverings for commercial and residential interiors
● Maintaining print equipment & machinery, problem solving with off site technicians
● Managing the production schedule and order database
● Liaising with clients, managing lead times, samples & gathering relevant information
● Generating estimates, handling architectural elevations and creating invoices
● Some basic accounting and reconciling; inputting data into cashflow & handling petty cash
● Monitoring & flagging low stock levels across multiple materials & forecasting major spends
● Quality control of stock and printed materials, working with suppliers to improve this
● Managing subcontractor relationships, including cleaning & waste disposal

Essential Skills


● Practical skills in textile and/or paper printing
● Experience managing production and manufacturing workflows
● An intermediate / expert level of administration, including the following skills; Excel /Google Sheets, Asana / Trello / other task mgmt softwares
● Knowledge & understanding of international shipping & commercial invoices
● PC & Mac literate
Desirable Skills
● Knowledge of digital print
● Intermediate Photoshop skills
● Experience with Quickbooks
● Understanding / experience of working in interiors
● Experience printing wallpaper, however this can / will be taught during probationary period
● Experience working with architectural elevations
● Full Driving License and own car
