[JOBS] TEXTILE STUDIO ARTWORKER : HOUSE OF FLAGS

House of Flags Ltd are one of the leading UK suppliers of large format digital print, visually effective display solutions. Along with traditional handsewn flags and Flagpoles. The company offers its customers a complete solution from design, manufacture.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time in house Studio Artworker, to join our small team.

This role requires a strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator along with some photoshop knowledge.

This position would also require material manual handling.

The Main Purpose Of The Job Would Be;

• The preparing of visual product proofs for clients approval

• Processing files through pre-press for large format printing

• Some graphic design work – corporate brochures, web pages etc

• For being responsible for the maintaining of our automated artwork handling system

• To be involved in all aspects of print production (full training would be provided)

The Ideal Candidate Would Have A Broad Range Of Skills, Including;

• Working knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative suit, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Office

• Some graphic design skills and experience

• Ideally colour management and rip experience in Caldera

• Ideally experience in a large format print environment

This is a hands on role, that requires being able to work on your own initiative as well as working as a team player. Full training on products and specific systems will be provided.

Please be aware that this is a full time job that would require you to work from the company premises.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
