You will join part of the Manchester based SHEIN brands Musera & Musero. Role Overview
As a Junior Designer, you will play an integral role in shaping product collections from concept to completion. Working closely with the Buying team, you will contribute to the creation of innovative and trend-leading products that enhance our current offerings. You will be responsible for developing cohesive product ranges, collaborating with our international partners to ensure the final designs align with both the brand’s vision and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting seasonal catwalk analysis and trend forecasting 

• Designing product ranges based on defined trend insights and the required category mixes

• Utilising customer insights and competitive shopping analysis to curate well-balanced and market-relevant product ranges

• Assisting the buying team with CAD skills to enhance the overall development process and contribute to the business's success

• Ensure designs are original and have a USP for the brand

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Fashion Design role

• Skilled in Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experienced in CAD development

• Used to a fast past environment 

• Available and eligible to travel overseas when required

• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to generate new and exciting ideas
