Working as a key part of the critical path; creating new and innovative designs across Homeware.

Your Role

Looking for an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative world of pattern design? In this role, you'll be involved in every step of the design process, from trend research and generating stunning artworks to recolouring vintage pieces and briefing artwork to factories.

If you're passionate about print, this is your chance to shine, as you'll be working hands-on with original hand paintings and drawings, bringing them to life through Photoshop to create truly unique patterns.

You'll also play a key role in supporting the Design Team, handling essential tasks like managing department requests, colour matching, archiving fabrics, and logging samples

About You

Are you passionate about creating original artworks through drawing and painting, with exceptional hand drawing skills that can bring your ideas to life? Do you have the ability to adapt your unique style to suit a variety of customer types? If you're skilled in Photoshop and thrive in collaborative environments, this role offers the perfect chance to showcase your strong communication skills and build productive relationships across teams.

We're looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, with a strong interest in fashion and home design, and a keen awareness of current trends. If you're confident in presenting your ideas and excited about making an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As part of this exciting department, you'll play a key role in designing and developing stunning patterns for a wide range of home products, from textiles and hard goods to kids' items, beauty, and gifting. You'll be at the heart of the process, taking ideas from initial trend inspiration to the creation of original artworks, including all-over prints and character design.
