[JOBS] CREATIVE CONCEPT DESIGNER : JOULES LEICESTER
Your Role:
Support the concept design team by responding to all Seasonal Campaigns / Project Briefs. Be responsible for supporting and evolving our creative direction across Graphics, Social, Retail, Wholesale & Campaigns.
With guidance from the Manager; be responsible for creative concept response to brief for Seasonal Campaigns.
Explore mood, colour, print, typography and layout throughout.
For Retail; look at windows displays, title lockups and look and feel for POS.
For wholesale; visual displays for product/ theme focus areas, title lockups, key prints, envoy and POS.
For digital look at initial designs for homepages and email design - Also look at designs and ideas for social platforms.
With support; be responsible for the delivery of concept direction for a wide range of Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale and product/ packaging briefs.
Be responsible for the delivery of creative asset packs for roll out to the creative delivery team.
Continually strive to improve the overall look and feel of creative across multiple channels.
Creating mood content to be used by various channels (social, photography, marketing).
Create cohesive, clear and well presented projects.
Admin support for the team.
Artworking support for the Creative Delivery Team when required.
Gather and organise competitor research.

From A Technical And Operational Perspective, It Would Also Be Advantageous If You Have:
At least 3 years previous experience in an Assistant / Junior role within the creative industry.
Great understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Great understanding of colour, typography and layout.
Great organization and analytical skills.
Great collaboration and communication skills.
Great ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
Respond to briefs on time and in line with the critical path.
Knowledge of 3D software, After effects and Figma would be advantageous.
Where Will You Be Working?
This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Built in 2020, our team benefits from a creative, collaborative and open plan working environment that boasts comfort and exceptional design. It’s truly a great place to work.
We value your dedication and understand the importance of balance. This role is office based and typically requires 5 days a week working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together. We do offer discretionary flexibility to support your needs and help you navigate life's demands as and when your work allows.
