[JOBS] PRINT DESIGN ASSISTANT—CATH KIDSTON

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

• Produce excellent prints & colourways each season for bags and small accessories product, ready for briefing.

• Strong CAD technical support to achieve high quality prints briefs.

• Ensure that the prints are briefed in line with GTM dates.

• Constant self-initiated contribution of research relevant inspiration, trends, art and print ideas in line with the current themes, using both our in-house vintage archives, runway, online resources, libraries and research trips. Amend vintage swatches for development as well as create original drawings.

• Ensure that their category’s share of the print range deliver to the Critical Path.

• Clear and efficient communications with the Print designer, Product designer and Product development team Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Excellent CAD skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Excellent drawing skills (floral and conversational)
