Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?
The Junior Designer in this team will be designing both MW/WW bags and accessories ranges alongside the Senior designer. This role reports into Senior Designer
Main responsibilities
Researching and translating inspirational concepts and trends whilst maintaining Ted Baker’s Brand aesthetic.
To design seasonal ranges for Ted Bakers Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale departments.
Working closely with the Senior Designer, Buying & Production team to ensure that the product is “Ted at ten paces”.
Efficient communication between the Ted team and the suppliers throughout whole design process.
Presenting the seasonal collections to the Ted team.
Responsible for managing your own workload and to ensure design process is on schedule to critical path and meeting deadlines.
Tools of the trade
A background in design.
Computer skills in: Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook (email)
Computer literate with admin skills
Communication skills
Relationship building skills
Excellent time management skills
Organisational skills
