Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?

The Junior Designer in this team will be designing both MW/WW bags and accessories ranges alongside the Senior designer. This role reports into Senior Designer

Main responsibilities

• Researching and translating inspirational concepts and trends whilst maintaining Ted Baker’s Brand aesthetic.

• To design seasonal ranges for Ted Bakers Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale departments.

• Working closely with the Senior Designer, Buying & Production team to ensure that the product is “Ted at ten paces”.

• Efficient communication between the Ted team and the suppliers throughout whole design process.

• Presenting the seasonal collections to the Ted team.

• Responsible for managing your own workload and to ensure design process is on schedule to critical path and meeting deadlines.

Tools of the trade

• A background in design.

• Computer skills in: Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook (email)

• Computer literate with admin skills

• Communication skills

• Relationship building skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Organisational skills

• Ability to work individually and part of a team.
