Job Description

Alexander McQueen is currently on the lookout for a Talented Graduate Trainee to join our Footwear Design team & support with the Menswear Collection.

As the Footwear Trainee you will support the Senior & Assistant Footwear Designer throughout the design process following the briefs provided.

How you will contribute?

• Image research

• Sketching and technical drawings

• Making Swatches/ Mock-ups/ Trials

• Photoshop renderings

• Illustrator artworks

• Embroidery placements

• Photographing and organizing prototypes and samples

• Maintaining and updating archives

• Other administrative tasks required by the Shoe Designers
  
  
  

Who you are?

Technical Knowledge

• Footwear Design experience.

• Very good drawing skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well

• as Microsoft Office

• Excellent machine and hand sewing skills

• Good understanding of the brands aesthetic.
