[JOBS] FREELANCE PRINT DESIGNER – HARPER & BLAKE

We’re a fashion and tech accessories brand and we are continuously looking for new talent to join our team.

As a Freelance Print Designer you will create prints for a variety of products and translate print ideas into visual and final production.

In addition to this, you will rework existing prints, contribute and develop ideas for new products and do a little bit of everything else from product design to packaging and even social media management.

The right candidate will be have a versatile style, some experience - at least in an internship environment - as well as a passion for design and prints.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create new prints for tech and fashion accessories

• Rework existing print; colourways and repeats

• Create mockups

• Aesthetically grow and develop our prints

• Develop a core idea for the Harper & Blake print story

• Research and present ideas for new products to grow the range

• Some digital marketing, photography and social media

• Some customer service

• A little account management Skills & Experience required:

• Bachelor degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Print Design or design related course

• Previous experience in designing, at least as an intern within the fashion industry is desirable

• Excellent hand drawing, hand painting and digital illustration skills

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong attention to detail and a great eye for colour, texture and patter
