About The Job

Fashionizer is an award-winning uniform company, dedicated to achieving high standards working for clients who operate amazing luxury five-star Hotels, and spas located in a variety of locations across the world. Based in Kew, Richmond.

We design and produce bespoke uniforms as well as spa uniforms.

We are looking for an experienced freelance designer with at least 5 years of luxury fashion design experience to work immediately on a freelance / contract basis.

We design a large variety of garments from tailoring to dresses, casualwear and sportswear are looking for someone with experience in designing both male and female garments.

Good Drawing And Illustration Skills Are Essential As We Do Full Presentation To Our Clients.

This position is for freelance project work, rather than a regular day a week.

We are looking for a designer with commercial experience and understanding of garment construction, costings, and fabrics, who can work in our office.

The Work Will Include

·      Development of mood board

·      Illustration boards & presentations

·      Garment details for pattern cutters and technical team.

·      On some projects we also will need knowledge of sustainability in fashion.

Please Only Apply If You Have The Below Skills & Experience:

• Good illustration skills (manual and digital)

• Advanced level use of Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Garment construction knowledge – mainly woven fabrics.

• Flexible attitude - good communication skills

• Experience in working under pressure to set deadlines

• Organized with ability to pay attention to detail

• A good level of understanding of materials.

• at least 5 years experience in a commercial environment.
