Reports to: Segment Head – Content

Location: Stanhope, Co. Durham, United Kingdom

What will you do?

• Manage the design process from concept – approval – launch

• Design innovative products for football clubs

• Create on-trend designs for textiles and apparel

• Publish content via our sales channels including websites and marketplaces

• Work with key retailers to list content on their websites and channels

• Work with a team of creative thinkers to deliver on KPIs and set the benchmark for innovative print on demand content.

• React and anticipate design change / trends to capitalise on key opportunities and events.

What should you have?

• A commercially minded approach to design

• Passion for design

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability

• Positive, can-do attitude with a growth-mindset

• Solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (essential)

• The ability to interpret briefs and deliver results on time

• Confidence in communicating ideas to clients / the wider team and take criticism on board.

• The drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• An agile, organised approach to design

• Willingness to work as part of a team and individually

• Determination to make a difference and stand out
