What You Will Be Doing

Working with and supporting the essentials designers with high quality, customer focused print and textile designs.

• In depth research of competitors products, able to pull together comp shop information. • Able to create co-ordinating print and textiles that compliment and work together in multiple packs.

• Deliver clear and focussed print and textile design direction.

• Build effective working relationships with buying teams, regularly sharing knowledge to develop products that meets the needs of the grow and core customers in line with the M&S strategy.

• Support growth of market share and turn over ( socks £55m + underwear £95m ).

What Will You Need For His Role

• High level of proficiency in Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, CAD, Kaledo.

• Multi task orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines to the critical path

• Creativity and passion for design & taste level in line with M&S customer
