Our fantastic Home department at Next Head Office is looking for an experienced Room Set Designer to design and deliver our interior styling across all Home product categories

About the Team:
Central to bringing the product ranges together in inspiring and coordinated packages for retail formats that reflect trend, customer type and commercial needs.

Create stunning and detailed room set briefing documents for retail to implement. Plan, visualise and execute styling for events alongside retail, marketing and press teams.

About the Role:
* Plan and create comprehensive styling packages across Next Home to be used in different retail formats
* Understand product and customer style marriages balanced with commercial awareness for upholstery, cabinet furniture, textiles and decor
* Create comprehensive briefing packs for stores
* Plan and execute styling and coordination for events, press shows, product launches and new store formats
* Liaise across all categories of Next Home to balance creative and commercial needs
* Style product for Next Home in new retail formats and store openings to reflect the briefing packs created

About You:
* Highly creative with a real vision for interior styling across all categories
* Ability to create stimulating visual documents outlining ideas and proposals
* Highly organised project management, dealing with coordination of looks, samples and teams
* Outstanding commercial awareness and comprehensive understanding of homeware interior design and trends
* Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure challenging deadlines is met at all times
* Hard working, enthusiastic, curious, resilient, prolific, honest and fair
* Experienced stylist and coordinator, ideally with experience of working for a retailer
* Ability to present to senior exec and large numbers

Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified to degree or equivalent in a creative art subject or similar
* Excellent user of Adobe photoshop
* Preferably experienced user of Google application suite
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of working across product teams, retail, visual merchandising and management
