Precision is maintained downstream through the FB1A flatbed DTF cutter, which integrates smart QR code scanning to automatically identify cut files and eliminate manual setup between print and cut stages.
A robust vacuum and pneumatic clamping system ensures clean, repeatable cuts, making the transition from printed film to ready-to-press transfer seamless and consistent.
Completing the workflow is the Auto 6/3 Robotic Auto Heat Press, Resolute's automated carousel system capable of processing up to 400 garments per hour with minimal operator interaction.
With independently adjustable temperature, pressure, and timing across each heat head, the Auto 6/3 delivers reliable finishing across a wide range of fabrics and designs.
