A cracking installation at Digipress in Didcot, Oxfordshire today, Liyu UK send a huge thank you to all the staff for all their hospitality, what a super bunch of people.

Digipress was founded in 2004, and they have continually set high standards for themselves, aiming to be flexible, approachable and a proactive solution provider, helping them to  become one of Oxfordshire’s leading print suppliers.

And above all, their core values have always been quality, customer service and reliability.

Furthermore, the Liyu Platinum joins their fleet of the latest state-of-the-art digital printers, coupled with superb finishing equipment, guaranteeing an extremely rapid turnaround and a high-quality product at the end of the process.

Their experienced team also offers a dynamic design service underpinned by the belief that design is all about ‘adding value’.

Already in full production but the Liyu installation team are currently printing some varnish 3d lenticular effects just for fun. The Platinum KCXL replaces their old SwissQ

About The Platinum KCXL Lightning

The KC is an upgrade from the very popular KRJ model but with more powerful upgrades like Maskless bed which reduces the use of masking tape, reverse vacuum for floating heavy materials when removing from the bed and electronic Vacuum zoning.

Two high powered vacuum motors ensure that most medias don’t cause an issue like most flatbed printers. Available in 2 popular sizes from the 2.5 x 1.2 meter to the whopping 3x2 meter bed.

Media pop up pins are a standard feature for fast media positioning along with an impressive 100mm print depth.

The Platinum KC also has a choice of Print heads with the ever popular Konica Minolta or the new Ricoh Gen6 print heads, both giving mind-blowing print quality.

A Linear drive (belt-less) and LED UV with liquid cooling makes the KC one of the fastest flatbed printers available.

What Is "Just Add Heads Technology" ?

All Platinum Printers come fully configured to the maximum with all the tubing, cabling and circuitry required to speed up your machine as you grow.

It's no secret the print heads are the heart of the machine and the most expensive parts and the more you have the faster it will go.

The Platinum design means you already have the racing car but a smaller engine so you can just buy heads and increase your machines speed unless you buy the fully specified machine from day one.

The Platinum range also boasts of being Eco friendly and proud of it's Greenguard certificate with being one of the lowest power consumption machines available and the Greenest ink.

Don’t take our word for it, we can put you in touch with plenty of already happy customers in the UK. Available with White, Varnish and light colours.

About Liyu UK

Liyu UK was born out of the passion from long established Inca Digital, Oce Arizona & Durst engineers who believed customers could get better value and service for their money and they were right !

After many years searching, visiting and trying different manufacturers, they settled on one of the largest and most recognised manufacturers in Europe “Liyu”.

This was a painfully slow journey because they had their reputations on the line and customers would take them at their every word.

The excellent after sales and technical support ensures distributors like ourselves fulfil promises and expectations we make to customers when purchasing machines.

Seeing a machine in action is easy…you can visit our showroom where we have a large selection of the most popular printers and cutters or we have access to customers who already own the Platinum series and more than happy to share their experiences.

To see the specialist machines that we may not have in our showroom, we can organise a visit to our headquarters in Ankara where you can see the full range in action.
