Amsterdam, NL – July 2025 - Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA) has unveiled its highly anticipated 2024 Annual Report, showcasing significant strides made towards a more sustainable and ethical future for the global organic cotton sector.

This year, over 100,000 farmers in India, Pakistan, and Türkiye have joined OCA's Farm Programme, driving increased adoption of organic farming practices.
OCA's expansion into Türkiye further solidifies its global reach, amplifying its impact across diverse regions.
A major milestone featured in the report is the launch of OCA’s Decent Work Strategy, a dedicated effort to establish fairer work conditions within organic cotton farming.
OCA has also conducted its first regional Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study in India to provide critical insights into the environmental impact of organic cotton farming practices.
Additionally, the organisation has initiated Public Affairs work to integrate organic cotton into global and regional policy dialogues, emphasising its role in sustainability and the fashion industry's transformation.
