Promo2go Of Sao Paolo Grows Its Green Credentials As It Buys A Second HP Latex R2000 Printer
Promo2go, a visual merchandising company in Brasil specializing in POS, is expanding its business and has just acquired a second HP Latex R2000 printer.
The First HP R2000 machine, acquired at the end of last year, generated a 32% increase in monthly revenues.
At the end of 2021, the company was the first Brazilian to obtain the equipment, quickly achieving the return on its investment with the conquest of new customers and a 32% increase in monthly revenues.
With the first R2000, the company recorded a 57% increase in the number of projects served.
According to Carlos Valentim, president of Promo2go, this happened because latex technology has a strong ecological appeal, a great differential for customers with goals focused on sustainability.
"With this strong growth, we understood that we were moving to another level as a company, and investing in a second machine was the next step."
With an eye on the demand for sustainability, Promo2go created the Program Upcycling Promo2go, which promotes the circular economy through the collection of materials that can be reused or reinserted in new cycles.
In the service, the company is responsible for disassembling the points of sale – not only those produced by it, but also for the competition – and sorts the material.
Thus, it can offer discounts to customers in the production of new parts, according to the volume of material to be reused.
Since the acquisition of HP R2000, four new projects have joined the Upcycling Promo2go program.
They mean a turnover of R$ 12 million, and for customers, a savings of approximately R$ 1 million.
In addition, the initiative represents more than 1,800 pieces no longer being disposed of improperly and the reuse of three tons of iron and 24 pieces of wood.
"The promotional marketing market is very dynamic and customers need projects to run exactly as they imagined. To achieve this, we bet on latex technology and the result was extremely satisfactory. We achieve better print quality, with less losses and with greater sustainable appeal, since the inks are less aggressive to the environment", says Carlos Valentim, President of Promo2go.
Sustainability is a very important theme for Promo2go, which invests significant efforts in the correct management of waste and has a program called Upcycling Promo2go, which seeks to promote the circular economy by collecting materials that can be repaired, reused, updated or reinserted into new cycles.
The company is responsible for disassembling the materials at the points of sale - not only those produced by it, but also for the competition - and sorts all the material. Thus, it can offer discounts to customers in the production of new parts, according to the volume of material to be reused.
