Brother GTXpro took another big step in the development of DTG technology - the manufacturer in the latest model reduced the consumption of white ink in daily maintenance by up to 63%.

The Brother GTXpro machine will be on display at the FestivalDruku.pl fair in from the 9th to 10th September in Warsaw, at the EMB Systems stand.

The manufacturer has made a breakthrough in the new model.

The GTXpro printer is equipped with a new generation wide head with internal circulation of ink, which drastically reduces maintenance costs and shortens the printing time.

The printer uses up to 63% less ink for maintenance, even though the white ink head has 10% more nozzles.

At the same time, printing has been sped up and maintenance costs and time have been significantly reduced. As a result, the GTXpro is an extremely efficient printer - says  Jan Kondraciuk from EMB Systems.

This is not the end of the improvements in the new machine. In the new model, moreover:

  •  printing speed increased

  • improved printer support

  •  the head station was redesigned

  • the machine is equipped with a system of optimal head height

  •  firmware fixed.

The printer is characterized by high efficiency, saves time and ink. Not only is maintenance cheaper, it also takes less time that a printer operator can spend printing T-shirts.

The new white ink head has more nozzles, thanks to which the printer has gained printing speed.

The manufacturer automated the printer's operation, making it almost maintenance-free. The printer is equipped with a system of optimal head height, thanks to which the head is not only protected against seizure, but also the system ensures the highest print quality by detecting too large a distance between the head and the material.

The printer is designed for flexible use, it allows for quick implementation of short series, as well as mass production in teams of 6 printers. It has been designed compactly so that it can fit even in a small studio.

GTXpro maintains the high level of the earlier models of the Japanese manufacturer Brother.

The prints are distinguished by high resistance to washing, stretching and rubbing.

The colors are vivid and saturated. The machine has a reliable and long-lasting design. The GTXpro model is made in Japan.
