Run More, a trailblazer in the field of women's sports fashion and beachwear, has just invested R$ 5 million in sustainable printing technology.

The Atlas Max machine is from Kornit Digital, an Israeli company globally recognized for its advanced digital printing solutions.

Through an eco-friendly process, without the use of water and generation of contaminated waste, the daily production capacity grows to more than 600 pieces per shift.

Far beyond productive efficiency, Run More gains creative differentials by breaking limits found in conventional methods. 3D effects, embroidery, vinyl, gradient and use of numerous colors are examples of new possibilities.

According to Alexandre Dullius, Director of Run More, the high-standard DTG technology, in a single step and with ecological fixation, allows the fabric to receive the print directly, unlike conventional processes in which it is necessary to engrave screens, for example. In addition, on-demand production allows greater assertiveness and reduction of inventory leftovers.

"Before Kornit Atlas Max, our localized prints were made through the screen printing process. It was necessary to record a screen for each color used in the arts, which took up time, generated cost and made testing difficult. Today, with direct printing on the piece, we are more agile and assertive in producing only what is necessary, which is in line with our focus on being a more sustainable fashion company," explains Dullius.

Recently, Run More launched its winter 2023 collection inspired by global references, Global Move. With 260 models, some of them have already been stamped with the innovative technology.

"Quality, colors and prints have always been part of Run More's DNA. A cheerful brand that seeks to promote well-being and health through sport. Nothing more coherent than bringing news to the sector in which we operate. For this year, our goal is to double the number of pieces with localized prints present in the collections and add in design", concludes Dullius.

KORNIT ATLAS MAX

This DTG system is the gold standard in quality for mass customization on an industrial scale.

It is a robust solution that allows customers to create new applications thanks to a never-before-seen XDi technology, which emulates screen transfer, heat transfer vinyl, 3D and threadless embroidery effects in automated and cost-effective production.

Kornit Atlas MAX powers the broadest range of applications that require fewer resources and space, time, materials and expense than any technology currently available, delivering optimal total cost of ownership and the highest performance per operator to accelerate profitability. In a more sustainable and efficient process.
