Fairfax, Va. and Philadelphia — More industry-leading vendors have committed to sponsoring the Wide-format Summit 2020, taking place April 20-22 at the Hyatt Lost Pines in Austin, Texas.
Produced by SGIA, NAPCO Media, and Wide-format Impressions magazine, the Summit is designed for senior printing executives and managers to better understand how current and future wide-format inkjet printers, substrates, software, and finishing systems will impact their businesses and investment decisions.
More information is available at wideformatsummit.com.
Joining the official list of Summit sponsors are: Gold sponsors Summa America, swissQprint, and Tilia Labs; and Silver sponsor Fisher Textiles.
These companies join Canon Solutions America, HP, Ricoh, and more, who have committed to supporting the event.
Sponsor companies receive extensive networking opportunities with a highly qualified audience of senior decision makers, as well as the chance to present boardroom-style case studies and meet individually with select attendees in the Summit’s exclusive Meeting Zone.
The Summit will feature top-notch educational sessions programmed by an advisory board featuring some of the leading thought leaders in the industry. Sessions focus on strategic-level insights and best practices for print service providers to grow, optimize, and ultimately transform their businesses.
“At swissQprint, we believe very strongly that there is tremendous growth potential in wide-format printing,” says Mike Kyritsi, president at swissQprint America. “There is a lot of excitement in the industry about the Wide-format Summit; it’s exactly the type of market builder that will help our customers and prospects capitalize on the many opportunities. We’re proud to invest in the future of wide format.”
“The educational focus on new market opportunities was one of the big appeals to us in coming on board,” says Scott Fisher, president and owner of Fisher Textiles. “Textile printing remains one of the most lucrative growth segments in all of inkjet printing. The Wide-format Summit will be a great forum to help printers look at the opportunity at a strategic level.”
The attendee marketing campaign for the Summit is in full swing, focusing on three key wide-format segments: textile printing for soft signage; roll-fed display graphics for applications, such as vehicle/fleet wraps and wallcoverings; and sheet-fed display graphics produced on flatbed inkjet devices. The hosted printers who are selected to attend following a qualification process will have all of their expenses paid, including travel and accommodations at the Hyatt Lost Pines luxury resort.
The Wide-format Summit is co-located with the Inkjet Summit, now in its eighth successful year. The events will have completely separate educational and business development tracks, though the audiences will be brought together for some of the evening networking functions.
