Soyang Europe Enters 2024 With Purpose As It Brings Josero Under The Soyang Banner To Unify Operations

Effective on January 1st 2024, Josero will be fully integrated into Soyang Europe’s operations and will be renamed Soyang Hardware Ltd.
Soyang Europe, the leading manufacturer and distributor of digitally printable wide-format and superwide-format media and surface coverings, and – through its acquisition of Josero – a supplier of leading edge wide and superwide format print production hardware, has announced it is to bring the Josero business under the Soyang banner as part of a strategy to unify its operations and strengthen its overall market presence.
Soyang Europe acquired specialist wide-format equipment dealer Josero in May 2022. Josero has since continued to operate under the Josero name in the 18 months since acquisition.
From January 2024, Josero will be renamed as Soyang Hardware Ltd. The name change will also be accompanied by the rollout of a new logo.
As Soyang Europe Group Managing Director Mark Mashiter explains: “We kept the Josero brand for the past 18 months to help ensure customers of both Soyang Europe and Josero suffered the least amount of disruption after the acquisition. Following a smooth transitional period during which both businesses thrived, we have decided to make the move to ensure continued success as a single combined entity.”
The current hardware offerings will remain unchanged, and customers will continue to experience the same high-quality service from a team of knowledgeable and experienced staff, but now all under the Soyang Europe umbrella.
The unified hardware side of the Soyang business will continue to offer market leading print production technologies from major brands such as Fujifilm, Jetrix and Mimaki, and on the finishing side Bubblefree, Meevo, Plastgrommet and Vivid.
As Mark Mashiter confirms: “It was always our intention to bring the Josero business under the Soyang Europe banner and make it fully part of our business. This move makes complete sense and better reflects the full capabilities and service offering of Soyang Europe as a whole.
“Soyang Europe and Josero customers can look forward to the continuation of excellent service under a single, dedicated brand.”
