South African PSP Choose Mutoh For Textile Dye-Sublimation Printing With A Passion

Print With Passion is a true family-run business based in South Africa.
Managing Director Idali Parkin tells us. ‘My mother Dricky established the business in 2013 as a way of supplementing her teacher's pension and was quickly followed into the business by my father. She started with a small hand press to print personalised photos on to fabric and my dad edited the photos’.
As her business grew, Idali's mother started outsourcing the larger projects to third party print houses, but this presented a quality control challenge.
Their mission was to be the best sublimation printer in the home décor market for the country and to achieve this, they needed better control of their print processes, workflow and product quality.
This meant bringing the printing in-house.
Print With Passion was introduced to the Mutoh range of dye-sublimation printers by the local distributor in South Africa and hasn’t looked back.
Since 2018 the company has invested in three Mutoh printers starting with the 64” wide Mutoh ValueJet 1604WX and 1624WX and more recently the 102” wide Mutoh ValueJet 2638WX.

Now with 16 staff in sales and marketing, design and production, the Print With Passion team have complete control of their manufacturing process and are well on their way to achieving their mission. All design, printing and assembly is now carried out in-house and the company has branched out to selling on-line.
Idali says, ‘The Mutoh dye-sublimation printers have totally changed our business. Not only can we react fast to customer demand and changing requirements, but at last we have full control of product quality. We are now in a position to make a huge range of home décor products – tea towels, cushion covers, duvet sets, table runners, table cloths, blankets, baby products and more. The list is endless and we intend to carry on developing new products to truly meet any demand for home décor.
