In its own textile workshop, the company produces 3,000 products.
In November 2021 Sima-Land completed the installation of a high-performance complex for industrial sublimation digital printing based on an EFI Reggiani NEXT 340/4/8 digital printing machine and a Klieverik GTC 101/3500 calender thermal press.
The choice of the company in favour of high-tech equipment EFi Reggiani and Klieverik was made after extensive research.
Sima-Land needed a solution to provide high quality printing on textiles up to 3 meters wide.

To fix the dyes on the web after sublimation printing, a calender heat press from a well-known manufacturer from the Netherlands Klieverik GTC 101/3500 with a heating diameter of 365 mm and a working width of 3200 mm was chosen.
Calenders of the GTC series are used for transferring images and fixing dyes (dispersed or pigment) on various types of materials: stretch, knitted with elastane, woven and non-woven materials, making a wide range of products: home textiles, sports uniforms, textile floor coverings.
The use of Klieverik GTC series calenders of a special design of oil-filled drums with several heating elements located around the entire circumference of the drum, 100% oil filling, no air bubbles and oil stirring in the drum, guarantees the impeccable quality of finished products with photographic clarity from the first product, which means a completely defect-free efficient production of textile and advertising products.
