Eco Passport is an internationally recognized mechanism that guarantees suppliers of chemical dyes for textiles and auxiliary products that the chemicals they use in printing comply with the regulations.

Texart Xt-640s-Dtg Printer

The XT-640S-DTG printer is the newest addition to Roland's Texart line. This line provides reliable and high-quality results on demand, enabling mass customization of textile products.

The XT-640S-DTG printer gives professional printers the ability to print images, photos, logos and text in vivid and durable colors directly onto a wide range of cotton, white polyester and high-cotton fabrics and apparel .

Among the inks specially developed for this printer, we find high-density white inks for printing on dark garments, as well as CMYK, while the sliding base and the design of the templates allow combining garments of various sizes to offer greater versatility.

With CMYK printing, the XT-640S-DTG can quickly accelerate production to up to 450 garments per hour in the 200 × 260 mm template production mode, or to 225 garments per hour in quality mode.

The XT-640S-DTG printer can be combined with Ergosoft Roland DG Edition 3 RIP software (included), giving you access to time and money saving features such as background color removal for ink reduction , or the automatic blank generator, which allows you to easily create blank data from the RIP.
