DTF Pioneers Resolute Have Recently Boosted Their Ranks With New Head Of Customer Relations, Nick Macfarlane
Nick has been in the print industry since 2007.
His experience is highly versatile, having transitioned from a Product Trainer to an Account Manager and Sales Specialist focused on successfully launching new products to market.
Throughout this time, he has worked for some of the largest names in the industry.
“In this new role, I’ll aim to build upon our already fantastic relationships and strengthen our existing bonds,” he said. “The key lesson from my 20-year journey is clear: When we engage with all customers, including new prospects, as a true partner instead of a traditional supplier/buyer, we proactively drive mutual growth and success.”
