The Ultra DTF™ process addresses common industry challenges regarding dye migration and colour bleeding.
By utilising a unique combination of specially designed mesh film coatings and sublimation-blocking powder, the technology creates a robust barrier.
This ensures that the final product maintains high opacity and vibrancy, even when applied to challenging fabrics often used in performance sportswear.
Central to this innovation is the use of advanced software algorithms that control an intricate multilayer jetting technique.
This system deposits multiple layers of ink with precision to achieve optimal colour reproduction.
When paired with the specific Ultra DTF™ adhesive powder, the mesh film coating interacts to prevent stripes and migration, a feature that significantly distinguishes it from standard Direct to Film (DTF) processes.
