Orlando, FL – October 15th 2025 – PRINTING United Alliance’s exhibition showcase PRINTING United Expo will return to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from October 22-24, 2025, promising the most immersive and innovation-led event in the expo's history.

The comprehensive three-day event will feature more than 800 exhibitors across one million square feet of exhibition space, showcasing groundbreaking product launches and North American technology debuts.

The expo serves as the industry's premier convergence event, uniting professionals from commercial printing, packaging, wide-format, apparel decoration, textile printing, in-plant operations, and beyond under a single roof.

This year's event introduces several pioneering features designed to address the rapidly evolving landscape of printing technology and artificial intelligence integration.

Among the most significant additions is the debut PRINTING AI Pavilion, a dedicated space featuring an "AI Wall," live demonstrations, presentations, and success stories showcasing how artificial intelligence is transforming the printing industry.

The pavilion reflects the industry's urgent need to embrace digital transformation and automation to remain competitive in an increasingly technology-driven marketplace.

"PRINTING United Expo 2025 is where convergence, innovation, and community come together," said Ford Bowers, CEO of PRINTING United Alliance. ”

The expo will also introduce "Spill the Ink" roundtable discussions, creating real-time dialogue opportunities between industry peers, thought leaders, and professionals seeking solutions to pressing operational challenges.

Additional highlights include the expanded Apparel Zone, offering hands-on training across screen printing, direct-to-film, and heat-applied graphics, and the PDAA Zone for film application experiences.

The sold-out G7/G7+ Exchange underscores the critical importance of global colour management standards, while iLEARNING+ live demonstrations will showcase the Alliance's comprehensive online learning platform designed to address the industry's ongoing workforce development needs.

A new Enterprise Print Track will provide deep insights into hyper-personalisation, workflow transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI adoption strategies for large-scale operations.

Student Day, delivered in partnership with the Print & Graphics Scholarship Foundation, will connect emerging talent with industry employers, addressing the sector's skills shortage challenges.

The event emphasises sustainability and ethical practices throughout its programming, reflecting the industry's growing commitment to environmental responsibility and social governance.
