PRINTING United Alliance Launches AI Consulting Services ─ Appoints Amy Servi-Bonner to Lead Division


October 7th 2025 ─  PRINTING United Alliance, the most comprehensive member-based printing and graphic arts association in North America, has announced the launch of its PRINTING AI Consulting Services.

To lead the new division, the Alliance has appointed Amy Servi-Bonner as Vice President, Consulting – Applied AI & Printing Technology.

This initiative represents a cornerstone of the Alliance’s expanded resources, designed to help the printing and packaging industry adopt artificial intelligence.

The new consulting services will provide industry-specific expertise to help organisations define, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Servi-Bonner brings deep expertise in ERP systems, digital transformation, and AI strategy.

Her background, which includes an Executive Degree in AI Strategy and Governance from the Wharton School, uniquely positions her to guide companies through this technological transformation.

Service offerings include AI readiness and strategy, ERP/MIS transformation advisory, and AI proof-of-concept pilots, among others.

The consulting team will be present at the PRINTING AI Pavilion at PRINTING United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida, from October 22–24, where attendees can meet Servi-Bonner and the team for hands-on demonstrations and micro-sessions.
