Printful are excited to share that they hosted their official ribbon-cutting ceremony for their Wolverhampton, UK facility.

The new facility brings them closer to the largest ecommerce market in Europe, so they can better serve customers by providing faster shipping times.

Printful’s new £2.6m 90,000sqft fulfilment site in Wolverhampton, will create over 50 jobs in the West Midlands as it extends the Billion dollar Latvian Unicorn’s operation to the UK, where it intends to supply UK customers with its unique personalised print offerings.

“We chose the UK as our next location because it’s the largest e-commerce market in Europe. Printful has a loyal and growing base of customers in the UK who have anticipated our UK expansion for a while and we're thrilled to finally do it. Additionally, it will allow us to significantly shorten shipping times within the UK, making it easy to reach many new customers,” notes Davis Siksnans, CEO & Co-Founder of Printful.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Latvian Amabassador to the UK, Ivita Burmistre, as well as the Printful European Director of Operations Raivis Petersons.

This ceremony was followed by a factory tour with Operations Director Adam Bereza, who showed the visitors around the print fleet of Kornit Digital, Epson and Mimaki Digital Printers from which the flow of custom merchandise will be produced.
