MS Printing Solutions And The JK Group Move Forward As The ColGraphix Group Partner Up With Mautom Systèmes To Promote Digital Textile Printing In The French Market

ColGraphix has acquired shares Mautom Systems in France and will actively start promoting MS Printing Solutions, JK GROUP , Kiian Digital , on the French market.
The new company name will be Mautom ColGraphix.
Under the terms of an agreement signed on October 31st, the COLGRAPHIX group has acquired a stake in MAUTOM SYSTÈMES.
The COLGRAPHIX Group has been a leading player in the field of supplies and services for digital textile printing in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom for many years.
Among other things, it distributes MS industrial printers.
MAUTOM DEVELOPPEMENT, which remains the main shareholder of MAUTOM SYSTEMES, is delighted with the development prospects that will result from this partnership, which is now materialized by a new name for MAUTOM SYSTEMES, thus becoming MAUTOM COLGRAPHIX.
The full continuity of our business is of course ensured, but new products will soon be added to our offer.
MAUTOM COLGRAPHIX is the new name of MAUTOM SYSTEMES, it formalises the partnership agreement concluded with the COLGRAPHIX Group on October 31, 2023.
MAUTOM SYSTEMES was created in 2012 from the spin-off of MAUTOM DEVELOPPEMENT's "digital printing machines" activity.
Founded in 1983, MAUTOM DEVELOPPEMENT has been developing graphic systems dedicated to the textile and decorative industries for many years, before integrating digital printing techniques at the beginning of the century.
As a long-standing partner of the manufacturer MIMAKI, MAUTOM DEVELOPPEMENT, then MAUTOM SYSTEMS, have significantly contributed to the brand's expansion in the textile sector.
Its technical team with a strong textile culture takes care of installation, training and maintenance in an approach of turnkey configurations.
The partnership agreement concluded with the COLGRAPHIX Group ensures both the full continuity of MAUTOM SYSTEMES' activity and the addition to its offer of many ideally complementary products.
