Flyerline Schweiz AG is once again investing in modern digital printing technology at an industrial level.

Specifically, the digital printing machine MS JP4 EVO from the manufacturer MS Printing Solutions – a brand of the American group Dover Industries – was purchased.

This end-to-end solution is designed for both paper and non-elastic fabric.

About the MS JP4 EVO

The JP4 Evo is equipped with 8 industrial 600 DPI printing heads to deliver outstanding prints, bright colours, detailed accuracy, and high productivity.

Designed for paper and non-elastic fabric, the Evo is geared towards production, with eight 600dpi Kyocera printheads. It can reach print speeds of 255sqm/hr while printing with eight colours, or 315sqm/hr in double CMYK.

About Flyerline

Flyerline offers a wide range of high-quality print products and tailor-made solutions - from standard printed matter to complex packaging and POS materials.

With the new production line, Flyerline is specifically expanding its capacity for the production of posters for outdoor advertising.

The reason: a significant trend in out-of-home communication is the development of tailor-made advertising campaigns with individual motifs, similar to other areas of printed communication.

While poster campaigns continue to be in high demand, the focus is increasingly on individuality, variable subjects, multilingualism and a personal approach to customers.

Digital Printing Technology Opens Up New Possibilities

Conventional offset printing has long been considered the optimal and cost-effective solution for medium to large print runs.

However, given the growing demands, it is now reaching its economic limits.

Above all, the trend towards smaller, but customized print volumes requires innovative approaches in production.

With the new digital printing technology, Flyerline can print posters in the shortest possible time and in high quality.

This is particularly advantageous for targeted advertising campaigns in the field of outdoor advertising, where a precise and personalized approach to the target groups is crucial.

"The decision to invest in this advanced technology was driven by the increasing demand for customized posters and increasingly smaller and medium-sized print runs with a higher variety of types," explains Steffen Tomasi, CEO & owner of Flyerline Schweiz AG. "Digital printing allows us to respond more quickly and efficiently to the specific needs of our customers while maintaining the highest quality standards."

Flyerline invested in a large format printing system of the MS JP4 EVO type. JP4 EVO machines are designed for printing on both paper and non-stretch fabric.

They are therefore an interesting option for all companies that want to enter the market for industrial digital textile printing with a relatively moderate investment.
