MOSS UK Enhances Super Wide Print Capabilities with Investment in Durst P5 500

June 2024 – Recognized for our innovative approach to branded environments, MOSS UK is proud to announce a significant investment in the Durst P5 500 printer.
This strategic addition will enhance our growing role in delivering compelling experiences for our brand customers by boosting print capacity and capabilities.
The Durst P5 500 is set to revolutionize our operations, allowing us to undertake more complex and demanding projects, handle larger volumes of work more efficiently, and reduce lead times without compromising on quality.
This investment is a perfect complement to our existing printer fleet, improving capacity by 35 percent.
With a printing width of 5.24 meters, it will increase our print speeds on super wide materials by up to 50 percent.

In line with our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the cutting-edge LED curing technology of the Durst P5 500 is designed for unattended production, significantly reducing energy and ink consumption.
This aligns with our mission to adopt greener practices while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Automated Conversion from non-porous to porous materials for quick changeovers.
Integrated Roll Support simplifying media loading and changing.
Front and Back Alignment for accurate double-sided printing, enhancing speed and efficiency.
Data Capture providing accurate real-time job costings.
Job ID Printing aiding in job identification within a paperless production environment.
Round-the-Clock Monitored Health Diagnosis increasing uptime and aiding planned maintenance scheduling.
This new machine follows our investment with Durst in a P5 TEX iSUB in 2022 and its Lift ERP software in 2021, further solidifying our strong partnership with Durst.
