Mimaki & TitanJet Equip The Textile Micro-Factory At The STIK Sports Equipment Center In Krasnoyarsk Russia
In the Krasnoyarsk Sports Equipment Center, STIK, an engineer from Smart-T launched a textile complex based on the revolutionary Mimaki TS100 thermal transfer printer and TitanJet RTX34 calender thermal press.
The STIK company is one of the leading enterprises in the region for the production of high-tech equipment for sports, tourism and outdoor activities.
The enterprise enjoys high prestige in the sports environment, as in its work, in addition to its own, more than twenty years of experience, it uses the knowledge and recommendations of famous athletes and coaches of the country.
It is not surprising that this Outfitting Center, focused on the production of comfortable quality products and using the most modern technologies and materials, chose the advanced Mimaki TS100 model and the reliable TitanJet RTX34 functional calender.
This combination of equipment is ideal for the production of sportswear. The Mimaki TS100 prints at speeds up to 70 squares an hour, boasts vibrant and durable prints, uses inks that have been awarded the OEKO-TEX Hygienic Certificate, and the included RIP allows variable data and numbers to be printed easily.
The TitanJet rtx34
The TitanJet RTX34 industrial calender with an oil-filled drum and special unwinding/winding systems, in turn, guarantees color stability and makes it possible to transfer images not only to a variety of synthetic fabrics, but also to knitwear.
The 1.6m Titan jet roll press is essential for high volume textile production.
The 280mm stainless steel oil drum of the 1.6m Titan jet roll press ensures even distribution of heat. Hence, vivid and consistent colour.
The 2.4 x 1.8m working table allows you to control the fabric and sublimation paper. As a consequence less waste.
The inflatable media griping system ensure total tension control. The machine can handle temperatures up to 280 degrees celsius. The speed and temperature controls enable the user to sublimate various types of polyester textiles.
The Mimaki TS100
With two newly developed heads, the TS100-1600 has pursued high quality, high productivity, and stable operation as a Sublimation transfer inkjet printer.
Achieves about twice the high-speed printing of conventional machine for textiles*.
In addition to NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) and MAPS4 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System4), which enable stable high quality printing, the DAS (Dot Adjustment System) was incorporated into the new “100 series” printers.
Dot position and feed correction, which used to take a lot of time and effort to do manually, can now be done automatically, reducing the workload on the operator.
