Mediaco, the successful Manchester based print company, have recently installed the new HP Latex 3600 printer.

This printer can produce a great variety of both indoor  and outdoor media with resolution up to 1200dpi, providing high image quality at high speed.

The HP Latex 3600 has been designed with the workforce in mind - it's so easy to run that a single operator can manage up to four printers at once, meaning that higher outputs with lower labour costs can be achieved.

 HP's end-to- end sustainability also means that the print team will be working with more environmentally friendly inks - no exposure to high solvent concentrations or complex ventilation needs

Five printing modes offer speeds ranging from 27 sqm/hr for high-saturation backlits to 180 sqm/hr for billboards - and whichever speed is chosen,  the printer can be confident of the results.

Banding is suppressed with HP Dynamic Swath Alignment OMAS technology and HP’s tiling mode features colour consistency ? 1 dE2000 (95% of colours).

This investment has various significant environmental innovations that are  highly contributing to Mediaco’s  environmental management system as it operates with exclusively water-based inks.

This machinery also includes high efficiency curing enhancing time efficiency and cost reduction.  

The HP Latex inks used by this printer including the Latex optimizer that instantly fixes pigments on the surface of the prints, have qualified certifications that meet some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards related to the low chemical emissions into indoor air.
