Underneath the giant screen on stand 2009, their sales team met with customers old and new, discussing the benefits of water-based printing.

Attendees were able to see the high-quality finishes and special effects achievable with MagnaPrint inks up close, and also find out more about how to make the switch to more environmentally friendly water-based printing.

At last year’s event, they previewed the MagnaPrint Killer Base ink.

A water-based under-base designed to improve the handle and print quality of Plastisol prints.

This year they didn’t just announce one new product – they announced an entire range!

MagnaTrans water-based heat transfers, a new complete water-based transfer solution was launched live at the event.

The new MagnaTrans inks have been designed for use on the most demanding fabrics, offering a high stretch finish, soft handle and exceptional performance.

MagnaTrans water-based inks are suitable for both traditionally screen-printed transfers, or for use with digital transfer printing systems.

Base inks are available in white, neutral and black. Pantone and fluorescent premixes will also be coming to the MagnaTrans range in the coming months.

Eco-Pigments can also be used with MagnaTrans base inks to mix colour shades as required.

Their heat press ran non-stop over the three days, demonstrating theirnew range that includes high stretch performance bases, printable adhesive, special effect inks and digital transfers.

The new MagnaTrans range will be available from MagnaColours in February 2020.

Also on the stand this year was the ITO Range of functional finishes and fabric dyes.

Andy Lee (Dyes and Chemicals Manager) met with attendees to present and discuss the extensive range of products available in the range now from MagnaColours.

Away from the MagnaColours stand, both M&R and Nazdar Source One ran live printing demonstrations using MagnaPrint inks.

From Hybrid Fusion digital prints to high solid Aquaflex, and the new Migration Blocker Black – attendees were able to see MagnaPrint in action and take away print samples from the exhibition.
