Konica Minolta, Roland DG, Vivid Laminating And Graphtec, Focus On Colour Matching At Joint “Colour Match Of The Day” Event With SOS

London, UK January 2025 Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd and SOS (Service Offset Supplies Ltd) today announced that they will hold a joint two-day event focused on colour matching across multiple devices.

“Colour Match of the Day” will take place at Konica Minolta’s Client Engagement Centre in Houghton Regis, near Luton, on 5th and 6th February 2025. The event will include one of the first European public showings of a brand new machine from Roland DG.

Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of the latest print and cut solutions from Konica Minolta, Roland DG, Vivid Laminating and Graphtec, accompanied by the expert team from SOS, an independent supplier and distributor of lithographic and digital printing supplies to the commercial offset litho, web, and digital printing industries.

Colour Match of the Day will show not only the best in print output, but it will also demonstrate how to keep those colours consistent, on uncoated stocks.”

Alongside Konica Minolta’s digital, label, and embellishment solutions, SOS will be showcasing two Roland 64-inch wide format printers.

This event will include one of the first public demonstrations of the new TrueVIS XP-640 in the UK and EMEA, a landmark for users of eco solvent inks.

This exciting new product features advanced high-speed data control technology, newly designed dual staggered print heads, and ejects finer ink droplets at a higher density and speed.

It will be shown alongside the popular Roland TrueVIS LG640 which uses ECO-UV inks, staggered print heads, True Rich Colour and a wealth of user-friendly features representing the ultimate in professional UV print and cut.

The event will also feature equipment from Vivid, namely the award-winning Easymount 1600SH roll laminator.

Graphtec GB will be represented by WID Laser cut & engraving equipment.
